We process orders Monday through Friday. Your order will be shipped the same day if your order is placed before the following times and all conditions are met:

Royal Mail – orders placed before 4pm GMT.

Courier – orders placed before 3pm GMT.

We endeavour to ship all items as fast as possible. Ocassionally during peak times orders can take longer to ship - please accept our apologies if this is the case. Additional fraud checks may need to be carried out and identities verified - this may cause delay to your order. We aim to carry out these checks as quickly and efficiently as possible. The time can be reduced by checking for emails from Heliguy.com and supplying a daytime contact number with your order.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY SHIP TO THE CARD´S BILLING ADDRESS OR A BUSINESS ADDRESS.

Please remember that most postal and courier services only deliver on working days (Mon-Fri). If you need delivery on a Saturday, please choose one of our Saturday delivery options. Next day delivery is available subject to stock availability, cleared funds and customer address verification.

All our items have a weight value; you pay for the combined weight of all items in the order. We keep all rates as low as possible and we never over-charge you for postage.

All parcels are packed with adequate protection and fragile items are sufficiently re-enforced to protect the item while in transit.

Royal Mail First Class & Second Class (UK ONLY)
All items are shipped Recorded if the value is greater than £30 to ensure peace of mind!

Royal Mail Tracked™ (UK ONLY)
This is ideal if you require a tracked service, without the urgency of next day delivery. It ensures you know where your goods are, from despatch to their safe arrival into your hands.
We offer this at a flat rate, and it is suitable for any order up to 5KG.
This service delivers within 2 days to most areas in the UK.
With Royal Mail Tracked™ we can also provide specific Safeplace™ delivery instructions, so if you’re not there to sign for the parcel, you don’t have to worry.
Because Royal Mail Tracked™ is a 2 day service it is a greener - low carbon delivery option.

Special Next Day™ and Special Next Day before 9am™ (UK ONLY)
Exactly what is says on the tin! Guaranteed delivery before 9am or 1pm on the next working day. There is also a Saturday delivery option for this service.

International Air Mail
We deliver world wide by Air Mail with varying rates on weight and location; there is a weight limit of 2kg. So for orders in excess of this we will use a courier.

Courier
Currently we offer courier services with various delivery windows via UPS within the UK, Saturday delivery options are available too.
We also offer international courier services and for orders in excess of 2kg this is standard. Soon these options will be fully integrated into our website with UPS, allowing you to choose your service for international delivery with ease, for now please contact us if you require international delivery via courier.

Please note that UPS Offer Express services to most of England, however it is not availible to certain areas. UPS Standard applies to anywhere in the UK, however this may take two days to certain areas. We will send your order by the quickest means possible at the price you have paid.
