Hi. Can anybody tell me the correct length for both servo linkage rods for the B ?
Just got mine. Cute little thing. But there was no way it was going to fly anywhere but backwards - the swash was tilted back at about 3 degrees.

The "chinglish" manual says the exposed metal rod on the front servo should be 8mm - but that certainly won't work as it just increases the backward pitch. It doesn't suggest a length for the side servo at all.
I have tried using it with 6mm exposed and it's better but still not right. I tried using a home made swash leveler but the things too damn small and fiddly.
I expected the B to be twitchy, but unless I can get the swash level I don't have a chance of flying it without serious damage. I have already had to do a paper-clip job on the tail spindle/axle.

I could also do with some advice on the initial start-up procedure. If I follow the manual and turn on the tx, then connect the batt to the bird, I only get the swash to move, not the motor. If I quickly turn the tx off and on it all connects - but this must be wrong surely?
Any advice would be very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
