Approx 5 months ago, I fitted the esky cnc head mainly for the bling factor which worked well after fitting it. Lately I have noticed more than usual slop, especially when holding a blade in each hand & twisting the two blades in the opposite direction. There is slop in the swash & washout hinge links. This is really irritating as I constantly am fighting the bird to remain in a stable hover. I reinstalled the plastic swash as it has very little slop compared to my worn cnc swash. The washout hinge links are very sloppy as the pin used to secure the plastic link to the cnc washout arm is much smaller in diameter to the hole in the cnc arm causing additional side to side movement. I removed the pin, enlarged the hole in the cnc arm & installed a screw & nut for a nice snug fit. There is now much less slop when twisting the blades, I have hovered 1 x full battery pack & man what a differance!!!. I could not believe how much more stable the bird now is. I think I need to rename "the bird" to "the cat" as she now purrs. At last I can get on with good side in hovers & basic forward flight.
