hi guys,
well I fitted an align shaft..........
didn't take a lot of notice when installed - seemed normal - but, after a quick hover I noticed the heli was a bit 'sporty' not responding too well, Iam just managing to train the thumbs to v small movements on the sticks and can get reasonable hover most times, so on examination I found the head to shaft was 'sloppy', at the blade tips there was 6+mm of play,only got 3mm of shaft above the bolt hole, the head moving on the shaft - swiveling on the jesus bolt - took shaft out put stock back no play at all, has anyone else found this?
the shaft is a few mill shorter from the jesus bolt hole up than the stock, the holes are the same centers but short 'both' ends!
