Just when I thought I had the measure of my cp2 and was able to fly it moderately competently (I won't say well!), it has developed a quirk that has rendered it unflyable, and I need some suggestions from you experts as to what might be up!
From take off onwards, it spins anticlockwise. No amount of trimming will stop it. I have adusted the proportional from fully one way right through to fully the other. Whilst turning the pot fully one way makes it better and fully the other makes it worse, it is still not enough to stop the spinning. It is exactly like the tail rotor does not have enough power. But the odd thing is that if you spin up the tail rotor on the ground (low throttle and full right rudder) the tail is clearly spinning up and spinning down just fine, and has enough power to easily spin the heli (on the ground) clockwise. But clearly not enough to combat the main motor's push when it gets airborne.
What does this mean? Is my tail motor on the way out (still the original, though I wouldn't have thought I have enough flying hours yet to wear it out), is it the 4-in-1, transmitter, or what?
Any suggestions gratefully received!
Any advice for tail problem?
