Hi started the skya 500 build. Out of the box the only thing i thought could have been better was the packaging around the canopy and frame. Basicaly there wasent any and so the canopy has suffered is slightly bent and has a crack in the paintwork. Other than that kit looks fantastic. Never owned a align 500 but if it was a Align i would be happy with it. So far all i have done is Put the cyclic servos in the frame. Not much but im going slow unlike with the t500 Build it as fast as you can just to test fly it and flew bad. So im going slow and hope to have it flying in a week.
Just wanted to know what is the best way to assemble these helis. By this i mean what do you do first ? I thought the servos would be best to do first as there is nothing else in the way and you can easily see what you are doing. So what next ? I wont have the esc connectors soldered on until the weekend so cant really power up but there is plently off other thing to be doing. So what next ?
Pics of the frame. Quality and Look is so good compared to Clone 450 Alloy frames. Looked at the frame diference between this and the t500. Wow this frame is very thick compared to the thin bendy alloy on the t500.
