CP2 spins tail left

I'm having a problem with my cp2. When I throttle up, the tail spins very fast to the left. It started after I had a hard crash which broke the skids off the frame. I replaced the frame, main shaft, tail boom, main motor, added a second tail motor, and replaced a couple lost linkages. Basically, the only thing that isn't new is the 4in1. Is it possible that the 4in1 is shot? No amount of adjustments on proportional/gain help at all.
