I'm jumping on the brushless bandwagon with an ESKY 3900 and the EK1-0350 ESC. I hope a 10T pinion will be a good choice to use with stock woodies.
Okay, so what about the battery? I'm about to purchase an ESKY 1800mAh 20C (#EK1 0186). Is this one suitable? I understand it will connect to the new ESC with no trouble. Will the stock canopy still fit? This unit is listed at 164 grams; that's not too heavy for this application, is it?

P.S. It looks as if I'll have to change the connector on my original battery if I'm going to use it with the new ESC, correct?
