To start us off I have the AE with Sonix 3500kv motor with 11t gear, Sonix 30 Amp ESC with separate BEC, SG90's all round and am currently using GE power 2200mah 20C batteries.
I have just been out and hovered a battery and got 8 minutes from it. My hovering skills at the moment involve keeping it off the ground, 2 or 3 feet, and managing to keep it a radius of about 30 feet, need more practice I know, but I WILL learn to fly the bugger.
One other thing, the battery appears to get quite warm, need to add thermometer to the ever growing list of things to buy.
