Post subject: giving up on cnc head
Quote
hi all
i am giving up on my cnc head , its the real e-sky on on my carbon king (bought second hand ) i have replaced all the damaged parts and rebuilt the whole heli , but just cant get the head set up properly its cost me three sets of blades and two feathering shafts , without getting more than a foot from the floor !

i set everything up spot on , swash , pitch, fly bar the lot ...

my problem is when i spool up the tracking gos from red blade low on just low throttle , to tracking ok at about half throttle ,then red blade high on 60/70% throttle
there must be a good inch between the blade tips at 3/4 throttle
what ever i adjust it seems to make no difference , the head seems really lose in its self compared to the stock head on my plastic king , i can set the plastic head up to be spot on , the only difference is the plastic king flys on the stock 2.8 radio , where the carbon king is on the dx6i , but cant think that having a programmable tx will affect the blade tracking ? can it ? is there anyone else having problems with the cnc head ? or can anyone suggest a solution

thanks dave
