Help -

I've never had the courage to take it off the ground. Previously had no issues with spinning up the rotors, but this now happens :

All Servos seem to "twitch".

Have I broken something?

The Servos still "twitch" even when I disconnect the plastic bars to the rotor assembly.

The Servo controlling the rear tail blade doesnt always center the blades once the remote is in the central position. Once disconnected the tail will freely go from left to right.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I have a lipo battery

speed cont is wk-wst-30a
new avcs ? with red led marked as PL1102-17. both switches set to nor

Switch settings on remote - WK-0701

1 - ELEV - ON
2 - AILE - ON
3 - THRO - ON
4 - RUDD - ON
5 - GEAR - OFF
6 - PIT - OFF
7 - ON RUDD MIX
8 - NOR/CCPM - ON
9 - CCPN ELEV - ON
10 - PIT LOCK - OFF
11 - TH-CRV/EXP OFF
12 - GYRO SENS/RUDD MIX - OFF

Once powered up, I can hear something sticking. I used to hear a startup "beep", but that doesnt happen. I presume its not reporting as "Ready" due to whatever the problem is.

Please, Please help.
