Anyway, I went into a high-speed rising piro that was spinning so fast it tossed the battery out of the holder and the HBFP just tumbled back to earth Shocked

The heli wasn't damaged, as most of the weight (the battery) left the heli.

If your HBFP is setup correctly, and the CG is perfect, the high-speed piros look great as the heli pivots perfectly around the main shaft and will remain at a hover.
