Well I guess you think I'm going to come round your house when you get in to debt and steal your furniture and fridge but you'd be completely wrong.
Basically I'm a water baliff and have been since 2002 for a large area of lakes and rivers in Northants, I check fishing licenses
are present and up to date. these days the approach has to be a lot different to the past when you just approached someone fishing and asked for their license, these days its a more gentle approach have a chat first then ask for the license, Ive had knives pulled on me and even guns just because people don't have a license, its a good job i know how to disarm them quickly hopefully before they go one stage further and pull the trigger.
