I don't think I'd worry too much about the wiggle by the sounds of it - if you're aware of it you can 'hop' through that throttle point fairly quickly...the only problem might be when you're slowing down does it get into a destructive wobble? If not, don't worry; you'll probably spend longer fixing it than its worth... it might just be the Gyro getting a hold of it to start with, so /maybe/ (um someone correct me here - its a while since I set up!) reduce the gain a little...
