That aside there a couple of things which seem to prevent calibration occuring and I list these below. If anybody else has any observations on this, please add them by reply.
On first power on the LED flickers rapidly for about 8-10 seconds. Note that during this time, the helicopter should not be moved. After this, if all is well, it will light solidly. Under the following circumstances it will instead flash slowly and the tail servo will not function:
- 1. Transmitter is not switched on.
2. Rudder trim is not central.
The latter problem had me stumped for some time until I found the manual.
