Post subject: Li-po halfed in life?
Quote
Hello,

I have a FlightPower Evo Lite 2500mAh 3S 11.1V Li-poly battery I am using at the moment.

I have had it a little while and when I first got it it was lasting about 20mins. Just recently this duration has gone down to just 10mins. I balance charge it with the Bantam E-Station BC6 because ever since I got it one cell dischrged slightly faster than the other two. I would stop flying at about 3.6V per cell (I have an on board voltmeter that cycles through the voltages of each cell). The three voltages would typically be 3.6V, 3.6V, 3.4V.

Two questions:
What would cause the flight duration to half like that?
Is the pack unbalanced (I'm not sure whether 0.1V-0.2V difference between cells is normal)?

Thanks,

Dan
