main rotor shaft problem. please help

I was flying quite normally today and landed the heli. Then I tried again to take off and I noticed a strange vibration. After a closer look I noticed that the main rotor shaft is not straight. Look at the pic to understand what shaft I am talking about. I marked the shaft with red colour:



any ideas how to straighten it? Do I need a new shaft? I was thinking that the shaft might have been a bit curved since I got the heli and after several flights the curve increased to the point that the vibration came to surface. Any ideas? really appreciated.
