It originally goes here....
It's a silver can about 1/4 inch long, originally with two legs that were soldered to the 4in1 PCB where the red & black flying leads are now fitted - they were to solder the legs to until they snapped off
It won't initialize without this component fitted.
Any ideas what this is and more importantly where I can get one. If I can't repair it then my heli is grounded - I've just forked out on a load of other repair parts and can't justify buying a new 4in1 at the moment.
Edit: I guess it could be a smoothing capacitor? Just soldering the wires together, or fitting any capacitor may be worth a try. If the only alternative is a new 4in1 then I've got nothing to lose.....?
