I crashed the other day due to a failed servo and have since replaced a bent feathering shaft, the main nylon gear and the front (pitch) servo.
Everything seems fine and when i spin the blades with my hands it is very free running, however when i tilt the Swashplate, i can feel resistance. when i spin up the motor, the blades spin fine until i move the cyclic controls and i can hear the blade speed reducing as if it was binding.
I cant see anything obviously wrong and the Main shaft dosnt look bent( although i havnt removed it to check), would this cause such an issue?
When trying to throttle up, i get up to 100% without the heli lifting, the blades look like they are tracking. When i apply cyclic, I can see the flybar paddles move, but the main blades stay horozontal and the heli tilts to the direction applied, but no lift
I have included a picture of the swashplate and rotor head in case any of you can spot somthing obvious.
Please help me, as I dont know what to do now.
