Hi guys & gals.

I'm very new to rc helis having just got a king 2. To be honest i didn't know what i was buying and now its arrived i've realised its far more advanced than i realised!!

I'm not gonna rush out and crash it so after fitting the training kit i checked all the screws etc and went outside.

I was able to lift it off the skids so the training balls just about touched the ground but i kept finding it wanted to spin to the left. Even with full right rudder trim i had to hold it straight with more rudder, not ideal when your trying to learn!

Scared myself stupid when i flicked the invert switch and discovered it adds what looked like full throttle! We'll be leaving that alone for a while!

All in all i look forward to learning to fly and if first impressions are anything to go by this forum looks great.

Can't wait till i can get into work 2mo so i can practice in the five-a-side hall!!

Sorry if my spelling is c**p (i can't believe the word c**p got censored!) typed using my nokia e90 communicator whilst lying in bed!!

Simon aka TackleburyUk.
