Post subject: Pitch setting

I've read different advice in the Threads on where the throttle trim is set when adjusting the swash to midpoint on the shaft. What is the true, accepted setting??
Two views are:
1) The pitch is set at 0 degrees with everything neutral, including the throttle trim at mid point, and the Idle up(on).

2) The pitch is 0 degrees with everything neutral, except that the throttle trim is all the way down, and the Idle up (on).

So which is it??? The Threads in the forum are not consistent.

Thanks.
