I have just purchased a new Ready to Fly Belt CP. I do have some smaller RC heli experience but I have a problem which I just cannot fix - any help much appreciated Please help me by keeping adivce in simple english

The heli just goes into an uncontrollable Counter Clock Wise tailspin just before it wants to take off. Notable, the tail rotor doesn't seem to be spinning very fast and sometimes stops while I have almost full throttle on the main blades. I have tried tightening the belt and also moving the tail servo slightly closer to the nose. I have tried pitch adjustments on the receiver too, with no luck. The heli is completely factory standard and the gyro is on REV. I have tried it on NOR too but no difference. The heli is new, never crashed and has never flown above 1 inch off the ground.
Please help, very frustrated.
