MG90 - i luv em. Never had any issues with them, even after approx 5 crashes.

I would thoroughly recommend them.

NOTE i'm using the MG90 and not the MG90S (this has less torque if mem serves)

first one is always the worst, scratching and denting the pride and joy. I'm upto 13 on mine now and its pretty bruised but still flies well.

No don't use a piston lock can easily cause damage. Instead use a crank lock or if desperate a tooth brush.

If using a crank lock, take back plate off and using a hex wrench unscrew the fan hub nut ...

i'm no camera expert but may be the auto focus isn't helping - if your camera allows it may be you can adjust how it focuses (single spot, multiple spot etc ...

I had a similar crash with mine and it was the elevator servo connector disconnecting itself from the RX.

i used:-

Turnigy 2836-3700Kv - excellent, had so much abuse and still alive
Pentium 40A
3 x MG90 servos - (brilliant buy)
Telebee 302AD (kak) replaced by GY401B (excellent)
1 x M ...
