P.S for Idle up mode you want to use something like this:


Low stick Pitch: -10
Mid stick pitch: 0
High stick Pitch +10


As for throttle:

Low stick throttle - 90 - 100%
Mid stick - 80 - ...

i think the DX6I uses Digital trim like the DX6.


Either way, it sounds like your throttle pitch is off - I find that with the Stock TX they limit the throttle to about 80% at full stick in normal ...

just as a side note - another advantage of the Xtreme one is that it will act as a heatsink for the motor as well... just an added bonus i guess Razz

Well most descent chargers will tell you exactly how much the pack has taken so use that as an indication of how well the pack is doing...

No the soldering was done when the cells where "Complete" and allot of people to solder lipo packs up on their own. just depends how confident you are with a soldering iron.

set your gyro back into Rate mode and re-set the servo horn possition. sounds to me as though you have set the mechanichal aspects of the servo in HH mode.

Most BEC's provide 4.8V - im about to install a Ubec and provide 5V which should make everything happy...

Digi servo's are usually more resiliant to the higher voltages and currents which is why i wanted one... its not much more expensive compared to the analogue counterpart so its worth a shot i guess... ...

aye the stock battery i thought was actually surprisingly good quality - Took the correct capacity when charged and no puffing or over heating or anything - all the signs of a good quality pack...
