You can get a GY401 for £65 delivered, if you intend to carry on flying and maybe get a bigger heli then the extra £20 is a must, don't even consider a cheaper one.
Also get a decent digital servo ...

Thanks for all the advise. It looks like I might get the Copter X SE. Is the Copter X brand 430L motor & ESC any good?

I went for the Sonix 3550 motor with 30 Amp ESC which has a separate 3Amp ...

I would go for a 12 tooth pinion and get some batteries, 2100 or 2200Mah 20 or 25c rating.

An ESC with separate BEC is better in because it has a separate circuit to feed the receiver and servo's and is ...

Hi Andy, the 3900 is made for the King 2 and the 3800 Esky motor is for the belt. The Sonix motor and ESC would be better than stock kit.

The weapon of choice for Trex users seems to be the Futaba 9257 but this weighs in at 26 grams, with the belt you might be better with a Futaba 3153 as this is the same size and weight as an SG90, abo ...

Just a note on your choice of servo's. If you use an SG90 for the tail with the GY401 make sure you turn the DS switch to off as the SG is not a digital servo. Smile

Just search, Sonix ESC or Scorpion ESC, the Scorpions are supposed to be good. The 45Amp one has a 4 Amp bec output.
