You probbaly got lucky and *nearly* fried the mosfet amps in the 4-in-1. Do yourself a favour and get yourself a (7.5A) fuse soldered on the main motor's +ve lead to protest the 4-in-1.

Soaking for a few minutes in boiling water will do it if you don't have CA remover. Take the motor and blade of first though Rolling Eyes

The more pitch on the prop and the bigger the pinion the more the current draw. Best to measure it yourself if concerned as other's readings could be different.

Thanks for filling that gap in my knowledge. I was working under the impression it was a real gyro.

Do any RC helicopters use real gyros? Presumably there would be some response issues ...
