Also if doing multiple flights, ie more than one battery. i find it helps to make sure the stock motors have plenty of time to cool down. I've had that happen twice, both times I think the motors ha ...

the stock ones for $16 or go for the xtreme ones for $32 and have to deal
with changing brushes and soldering which I have never done? But if ...

Ok, well it's never a good idea to buy batteries off Ebay, always better to go to your LHS or Heliguy. Unfortunatly as you have found out buying something like that off Ebay, and any problems the s ...

I'm pretty sure you can't use the lama 4 in 1 as it's set up for 2 main motors. With the HBFP you get a superior 6 channel 4 in 1 anyway. Both my lama and HBFP are 35MHz and I've never noticed the HBF ...

If your intention is to go to a 450 - which is a good move - your best route would most likely be:-

Buy a standard HBFP - they are available with 2.4 - keep it standard and save your money for a 45 ...

M24's are IMHO "THE" blades to have on an FP.

They track well, are virtually indestructible, easy to see, ('cos they are white) and give good head speed. What more could you want?

If you haven't ...

Well I'm back to using the basic standard motors. In any case as these motors are pretty cheap, I think most people would just replace the whole motor, it's easier than trying to replace brushes
I ...
