if one turn is to much on one blade..

Try half a turn on each blade, half a turn up on the lower blade and half a turn down on the higher blade..

Also check your dampers too, somtimes one will g ...

Yeah man..

Ya gonna love your 325s, I have 325 fibre glass blades on mine at the mo. they'll make your heli a little more stable and a little less twitchy.

It also depends on the tail blade grips too.

Even tho i changed the belt direction i still had to change the direction of the grips as well, once i did that just tune your tail servo as normal and ...
