The Belt is a pretty good bang for your buck if you want in cheap. I don't know about the NEW version due out soon but the version you see now will need:

New Servos
New ESC
New Programable TX/RX ...

Keep an eye on the tail-boom mount and the tail assembly and make sure you loctite all the screws or you will have a mess on your hands :win ...
