Sort of had the same learning curve, other than forcing nose-in, which now comes as easy as tail-in. It's only about a 10 degree span at both side-on's that I have a problem with, all else comes autom ...

One thing to avoid is to attach the wires in a way that presses them close to the tip of the motor. This way, if you crash against something, the motor acts like guillotine. As per Dusty's mentioned m ...

There have been some long threads on this subject. The final consensus seems often to be that the extra weight counter-acts any benefit gained, but of course not everyone will agree Wink. Some of t ...

In the early days, while using only 1 Lipo, it did run out of steam a bit, eventually only just managing to get the heli off the floor. I bought 3 more and put the old dead one away. A week or 2 later ...

You mentioned battery and I'd say you need a minimum of 4, more if you want to take it out and fly. You'll get lots of good use out of all your batteries; I got 4 and wish I had more. Main motors are ...

Try not to fly a full Lipo non-stop. After about half a battery, blow in the motor hole until the motor is cool (takes a few seconds); this way you will approx. double the motor life. At a guess, I ge ...
