Would your head go faster? I'm trying to think of it like bike gears, more teeth=larger cog and so slower head speed.

That might also be due to the turbulence before and after the passing of the train? I bet it makes you panic when you hear one coming Laughing .

I agree. Use the proper stuff, wd40 might work in the short term but the switch cleaner will work forever!
