| just to check are you setting up with a 0, 25, 50, 75, 100 pitch?
have you tried to adjust the servo to swash servo links so that you get 0 at mid stick? is you main shaft sat at the right height? ... |

| pinion is loose on the gear, belt tension is correct, the head/tail move freely enough, motor/esc not hot, batts not puffing.
imight try and disconnect the servos to see if it's that. |
