Check that it's meshed correctly and that the rubber grommet prevents the rotor blade from moving away from the motor's gear.

It is impressive aint it? It seems a big step at the time but it's well worth it. Did you go to the 7.4V or the 11.1V? At present i've found the 7.4V more than adequate.

I recommend the 7.4 V LiPo as well. I'm well chuffed with mine. Good flight time and plenty of power compared to the lame stockies.
