I got my S/S ceramics from rc bearings (US) arrived in only 3 days

All these places come up on google and saves me being told off.

these bearings are what i have got in all my nitro engines ...

It is generally given that the C rating of a battery is the discarge rate, 20c 25c etc also that the given C rating for charging is the first number ie

25C = 25C dicharge 2C charge
30C = 30C disch ...

I would just leave them how they are but make sure they do not get put anywhere where it is freezing as they can puff, if theyre not warmed up before use at room temperture.
