had the same problem (no, not the one about double posts),

all I had to do was to screw the guides on a dremel and grind them @ 6000rpm for a few seconds each against a grindstone...

The screw head shouldnt' be an issue, but roller outer guides are too wide not to touch the fiber frame.

sorry, have 3 of them, one for each king + on spare... not going to give one Twisted Evil

Anyway, belt is going smooth and fast using them, meshing is perfect, way less vibrations in the tail...

the esky parts has a plastic gear that wears out very fast and doesn't mesh properly using xtreme 43t pulley & belt.

Unless you crash, the xtreme tail shaft should live many plastic gear lives, ...

well one interesting thing with the king is there are so many parts out there to fix stock version deficiencies, you can almost build a complete HBK2 yourself without any esky parts...

hmm, are you using the belt that came with the 43t pulley kit or the stock one? The Xtreme belt is a bit longer to compensate the larger pulley.

For me, it's the gear on the tail rotor shaft...

A shame you can't just buy this shaft alone and are forced to get the whole pulley+guides+... stuff with it.

Did you balance your blades properly first?

If you have one blade heavier than the other, it might require a different angle to track properly...

got mine last week... very impressive...
BUT not compatible with new pulley guides: if you have a King2 v2008, you'll have to find older or smaller pulley guides.

Belt transmission means the tail rotor spins proportionally to the main rotor. If main rotor doesn't spin, tail rotor doesn't neither.

Anyway, stock gyro is an horrible piece of garbage, mine died ...
