May be I just got lucky, but both helis seem not to have any extra play anywhere. Both fly pretty stable, just EXI seems to be a bit more sensitive on controls.

I used 2mm diameter self-threading screws from the CX set with "nuts" made from pieces of old servo arms. It's not my idea, somebody suggested it here a lot ago.
