it is common, the same thing happened to most people here. Esky esc is a piece of garbage. Get yourself a serious esc.

your problem might be even simpler. Basically first disconnect your motor. Then power up the heli as normal. Then switch throttle-hold on and check whether the swash goes evenly up ...
