try by passing the gyro and plug the servo direct into the receiver. This will eliminate the gyro from the problem. Do you still get twitching without gyro when you spin up the blades?

thanks mate. I was also impressed with how good the vid came out with regards to no vibs. Spending time getting the link lengths spot on helps for minimal vibs
