Post subject: suggestions for getting from hover to circuits

I know its a stupid question, but here goes! I am fine hovering at 10 feet, tail in, yawing left and right, 45 degrees side on, up and down. Took the first "open space" hover at the weekend, after being in the small back garden. I was terrified! did all above at 20 feet, but cant now work out how I progress from here? I am scared stiff of doing forward flight, and not being able to get it back! Stupid really, but what would you suggest to do next to progress, dont have a sim, and will not be buying one, but can fly coax indoor stuff, its just the increased speed I find scarey!

Thanks
