Tail problem after rebuild

Hi all..

First let me introduce myself, i'm a computer programmer ( i basically i build web applications and web pages, boy was i scared when i saw what the main rotors blades can do to a guy's fingers... ) from Portugal that always had a thing for planes/helicopters, basically anything that fly's, and so i bought a Belt CP..

So far, two out of three flights so far, resulted in crashing the heli, first crash, i only had to replace the main blades and the main gear.

My second crash was the big one, tail boom strike, i got a ~30º of curvature on the tail shaft, and broke the flybar case set, and twisted the feathering shaft.. ( main gear stayed intact although )

I rebuild it yesterday, and the heli spins in clockwise direction, i think everything is alright, the belt is twisted 90º, the rotors spin in the right direction ( clockwise when looking from left side of the heli ), but i think the tail rotor blades have a strange angle, The trimm is centered, and the servo is centered also.

What do you think, am i missing something? When i set the rudder trimm to the left, the tail stays almost stable but there is a little drift...
