There are a few of us with compy based freakish creations on this fourm at the moment with no real home. CP2 heads, 22e heads, fixed pitch, collective pitch. So I thought I would start a thread for us that build are heli's from scratch.

Here is my project at the moment. It is a compy-FP which I am converting to a collective pitch head using a donated 22e alloy head. I am currently waiting on a couple of parts for the head and some main shafts.

I am using a pentium 18A esc, a HDX-300 4200Kv motor, sg90 servo's on the swash and an sg50 on the tail. Standard compy tail and boom and a telebee HH gyro. Radio gear is a spektrum dx6i

I have the ccpm set up and servo's acting as they should. It's now just a case of getting the head to work properly. Then to sort out the pitch and throttle curves.
