Post subject: Suddenly short flight time after rebuild after crash.

A month ago, i had a really bad crash, that grounded me for one month, and cost me the battery that was on the heli. (it was so deformed that i got rid of it. I did not dare to charge it).

Now after the rebuild, i'm experiencing very short flight times with my other two batteries.
My HrPolyX now starts beeping almost immediately after takeoff, with freshly charged batteries.
Before rebuild, it would start beep after about 5 minutes of slow flight, now it beeps after 10 seconds. And it started solid beeping (single tone) during first loop (20 secs into the flight). '(this would normally have it beeping, but not solid tone).

Also it felt like i had much less power out of the loop than i normally have. I just barely managed to pull it up enough to avoid crashing. (might be that i now have 315's instead of the 325's i normally use?)
The other battery acts the same Sad

For slow hover, the HrPoly tells me to land after max 5 minutes now Sad (used to be 10 minutes.)
(ive checked the HrPoly that the limit is set to what it should be set at (3.4).
For some reason it hadnt stored the data from the last flight, so i didnt get any curves from it either.
The charger measured 3.77V at each cell after flight, landed 20 secs after solid beeping.

So i guess im down to a few possibilities:
1. Broken HrPoly, (since it didnt record any data), but strange since i can set the warning value, and it acts like it is supposed to. (all beeps, and blinks are like they should be, except that they start earlier in the flight than normal).
2. 2 broken batteries... Very strange, but been stored for 1 month. Can that ruin them? They were not on the heli when it crashed. And ive never let them go too low before. They were fully charged when i stopped using them for 1 month.
3. Broken or damaged ESC or motor, makes it use more juice?
4. Binding or friction somewhere? (i've checked and checked, and cannot find anything that could cause this).

Anyone have ideas?

What is normal cell voltage (no load) when full, and after a flight (safely empty)

I guess i should try to hover the heli untill i feel i loose power, to see if it takes 5 or 10 minutes, i guess ill try that next...
