Hi,
My Lama works now with the 6exp radio, although the 4 in 1 in the heli is a 35 Mhz system and the 6exp is a 40 Mhz one. All you have to do is to put a corresponding 40 Mhz Rx crystal in the heli, select PPM modulation and inhibit gyro control channel on the transmitter. By doing this conversion, youll have many advantages such:
-obviously the 6exp is a much better radio than helli's original
-you can adjust the EPA on the transmitter to get more swashplate travel (the heli will be more agile without mechanical modifications)
-you can control all your hellis with one radio
-more still to discover
hope that helps someone
