Not so much solved as one solution
I have just finished a book by Dave Day, " Flying Model Helicopters ", and although 20 years
old! ( and with no mention of "electric helis ) I found it to be very good reading.
Anyway, this is more or less what the author does :-
After leveling the swashplate, in idle up and at mid stick adjust one swashplate to flybar link
until pitch is 0 degrees ( or whatever desired ), then adjust the other blade in the same fashion
to match the tracking ( not pitch ) of the first.
If you have different low and high pitch, ie -7 / + 5 then you need to adjust the height of swashplate
useing servo links until equal, ie -8 / +8. Then repeat from start until you get them all right.
I hope this makes some kind of sense,
