As I tool my way upwards towards a flight ready HK450 I must say I am a little disappointed with the quality, esp. of the links. I find they don't run true and strip ever so easily. Also the length of the push rods esp. micro ones is not really suited for the task. May be I am setting it all up wrong. The boom support too I guess is not up for the task, it doesn't really hold the boom (like King2) and I fail to see how it will support the boom. Anyone feels the same?

What kind of pitch range are you getting on your Hk450s? How high is your swashplate set at mid stick (50%) from the frame? Mine is about 8.8mm higher the links don't allow.

Anyway had a hairy moment today as I plugged the battery after installing UBEC and ESC. After the LED on UBEC didn't go on I touched the Lipo, it was almost glowing, put it out in flash. Tripple checked the wiring only to discover cross polarity at deans Rolling Eyes Thank fully UBEC and ESC survived it.
