Walkera 38 rotorblades stop turning

Post subject: Walkera 38 rotorblades stop turning 		Quote 
I have a brandnew Walkera 38 (chinook) . at half trottle the upper blades (front and back) stop rotating. What causes this problem and what can I do to repair it?
