This is a dumb, question but what holes is the tail rota supposed to be put in the small ones as I suspect,or the big ones?

I have this problem because I cant get the tail rota to stay on the brushless motor,it does not go on the white circle things like it did on the 43b I like the heli but really they should design that part better so the tail rotar is easy to put on 1 and also so it stays on,other then that I like this heli, but when of the blades snapped as I was getting the hang of flying it,I have a spare but cause those screws are so small,it few on the carpet and now I cant find it.So now I am gonna have to get replacement screws. Is there a screw driver kit that has strong magnet as part of it to make it easier to put the blade screws back in,also if anyone has any tips of things they use to make all that easier like any type of clamp I would be grateful of their input.

Awaiting replies and sorry for that dumb question but my tail rotar wont stay on and it does not look faulty so its annoying me now Sad
