The wobble has gone 
So it looks like there had been some sort of intermittency with the signal from the Tx to the Rx and was probally picked up as been like fast rudder switching
I've also removed the 43t upgrade as the gear wheel has not been manufactured proparly for the King. The shaft hole is to large and also the pin recess is not right, it's too long, too wide and too deep. Not what you would expect from xtreme
And another, just when i was enjoying lovely stable vibration free hovers, the King started to behave very strange
turned out the top main shaft bolt at the top of the head had sheared off A new bolt in, thread locked and she is as happy as ever
