Extended returns policy for Christmas:

Buying a gift for Christmas and worried about returns?

- Don't worry, anything bought after November 3rd as a Christmas gift has an extended returns up to 7 days after Christmas.

Heliguy service promise.

- Heliguy has full back up to be able to repair and resolve all your rc helicopter problems. The repair service is only available if the helicopter was purchased from us. Call us for details 0845 832 8658 - other retailers can't provide this level of backup and problem resolution.

- We ship out our orders the same day using a number of next day delivery couriers. You will get sales receipts instantly, packing updates, posting updates and tracking information (where applicable) to your email address.

Want cheap postage?

- We have cheapest postage rates in the industry - small parts delivery only 89p delivery and next day prices start at £4.25. We will also deliver unlimited weight parcels next day for a flat fee of £6.50.
