Q. Heliguy has its own server!
A. Heliguy is hosted on it's own dedicated server. We don't share with anyone, we have unlimited band width and the ability to add new functionality at will regardless of what it is. This will enable us to make sure the site can expand to accommodate new technology we plan to add.
 
 
Q. Heliguy does not store credit card information.
A. Heliguy will never see your card number or any information on your card. We do not store this information. We do have the ability to debit your card after payment and refund you. BUT this is only done with your express permission.
 
 
Q. Heliguy has a second back up server
A. Heliguy has a direct mount via T1 cable to back up the entire site on an independent secure server. We have so much valuable community information stored in the blogs and the forums that we consider this very important. Please remember full backups are only taken every 2 weeks. If you have a your own blog keep a store of your information on your own PC as well.
